![]() ![]() I have never been made to feel this way at a nail salon before and I will never recommend any patron this business. The gentlemen that run this establishment do not deserve a business with the level of “customer service” provided. I will be reporting this business beyond this review. Truly a disgusting establishment with disgusting employees. Afterward the owner refused to hear my feedback and lied and said I refused to pay knowing that he made me leave. I was then GRABBED by the owner and told he would fix my nails which he then proceeded to cut off my hand and told me “get out congratulations you got free nails.” He then told the other workers not to talk to me because that would pollute the air. I said I wouldn't pay additional pay given their error. I then asked for a change again and was told it was be additional money. The initial shape I received I didn't like and I asked for it to be fixed prior to the tech applying acrylic which wasn't done. The worst service I've ever received and the most disrespected I've been in my life at a nail salon. Literally the worst nail salon I've ever been too. I wanted my nails simply soaked off and NOTHING MORE, & I got the rudest service. Both myself & my friend have had negative customer service experiences with this place. ![]() I asked her how do they not have time to service me PROPERLY, just like everyone else in the store, & she turned around to ask him & he says the same thing to her - “we don’t have time for that today!” So I told her that they were very unprofessional & I left. ![]() She said “no, they should soak them then file it down.” I said exactly, that’s what I was requesting, but he told me that you all ‘don’t have time for that today’. I got up, went to the cashier & told her what happened. You see it’s busy today?” Then he proceeds to move to then next customer beside me & started working on her nails. I asked him again, you all don’t soak off nails? He again said “we don’t have time for that. The male nail tech told me verbatim “we don’t have time for soak off.” I was taken aback, as there were numerous people getting serviced properly in the shop. I do not like that method it is painful to me & always damages my nails. I said yes, & I asked if he could soak them off instead of popping them off (like mail techs sometimes do when they take another mail & just pop them all off forcefully). I was moved to 3 different stations before someone came to service me, & a male worker finally came & asked if I was getting nails removal. I went on a busy day, & only requested to have my acrylic nails removed - no other services. ️If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. ![]()
